I think I was on crack when I thought it would be a good idea to write on the First Amendment.

Hell yeah, you were. I picked a First Amendment related topic for my student note as a 2L. Good lord. Talk about broad. There was absolutely no way to whittle it down enough to get it into note form.

I mean, I'm sure there was a way, but I couldn't find it! You can, though. Go go go!

I'm curious. Which part of the First Amendment is the topic of your paper? How much material can there be on that whole "right to petition" clause?
