Exams from Hell

A blogger makes a plea to her professors to refrain from emulating Satan:

Do not attempt to be entertaining when writing exam questions. Do not use "silly" names (e.g., Kirk and Picard, har har) or the names of your students. Do not provide bizarre fact patterns with "amply bosomed" women or horse copulation patterns. Exams are not funny. Chances are, neither are you.

The humor continues at Mixtape Marathon.

Gah! You just brought back nightmares for me. I had several profs who thought they were just hilarious.

My torts prof loved to write about sex. We felt sorry for her husband.

The last question on my Crim Pro exam featured the Dixie Chicks biting the head off of a doll of President Bush. Rumsfeld, who just happened to be in the audience, sent them to Guantanamo Bay. Yeah, my prof is a bit "out there." Just thought I'd share :)
