I've been on the phone with Dell's customer "service" for over two hours now. The homicidal tendencies that usually simmer just under the surface are really starting to emerge.
Why me, damn it? And why are all of these people incapable of using their own telephone system?
If that new baby of yours is a Latitude x200 (I;m just assuming based on the weight) and you're having trouble, feel free to drop me a line. I've had my x200 for 9 months and have probably worked through some of the trouble you're having.
Of course, nothing seems to solve the core problem -- Dell's customer service is pathetic. But that's a different story.
