What happens when a trial court judge gets overturned on the same issue thirteen times in thirteen years? The Court of Appeals lays the smackdown on him:

All this needlessness [the multiple appeals and reversals] sucks money from the taxpayers, respect from the law, and patience from this court. And for what? To order one person [the trial court judge] to comply with the law -- the one person who should comply with the law without being told.
. . .
Judgment Reversed. Again.

Ouch. It's worth noting that judges are elected in Ohio, not appointed.

I think that smackdown is the greatest sport alive I am 15 and I would like to be the first ever teenage to come to smackdown and and win a macth aginst anyone of the great names (rey,Kurt,bigshow and even the great undertaker)Now I no all aout the risk of this sport and I still want to take that Risk just that about how many would want to see just if this teenage could do it I know their are some things i would have to learn but I willing to guve it my all and all I ask is that you let me PLEASE just thank about it and thank you For you Time.
